OUR TRACK RECORD
We have incubated more than 40 effective nonprofits in 5 years... and secured them over $3 million in seed grants. They are now reaching over 35 million humans and have the potential to improve the lives of over 1 billion animals with their interventions. We are immensely proud of these organizations and the amazing people that build and grow them.

Reaching millions:
Thanks to Fortify Health, 1.3 million beneficiaries are consuming fortified wheat flour. The organization has secured 49 miller partnerships and is currently on a government partnership that can reach 192,000 children per day.
Family Empowerment Media has reached 20 million people in Nigeria with radio messaging. Their pilot correlated with a 75% increase in contraceptive uptake in the region, resulting in potentially 250,000 new users and an estimated 200 fewer maternal deaths.
Fish Welfare Initiative has helped 1.3 million fish already, and Shrimp Welfare Project will potentially affect over 1 billion shrimp a year, based on signed Memorandums of Understanding.
Making progress in policy:
The Lead Exposure Elimination Project (2020 cohort) convinced the government of Malawi to change and enforce a policy on lead paint which could decrease lead poisoning in ~215,000 children. They have received commitments of regulation implementation in 5 further countries and are running lead paint elimination programs in 14.
The Centre for Alcohol Policy Solutions (2021 cohort) helped achieve agreement with the Government of Sri Lanka and UNDP to develop the Investment Case for alcohol taxation and other alcohol policy best buys.
Animal Policy International (2023/1 cohort) released strong polling results before the general election, showing that over 80% of New Zealanders say imports should respect New Zealand animal welfare standards. In a significant development, the Green Party has also included API’s ask in their election manifesto.

Paving new paths:
We've created multiple meta charities that are focused on helping talented individuals advance their careers in the most impactful directions (Animal Advocacy Careers - 2019 cohort, Training for Good - 2021 cohort, High Impact Professionals - 2021 cohort), helping animal organizations find the best programs they should run (Animal Ask - 2020 cohort), helping impact-focused communities find new cause areas to work on (CEARCH - 2022 cohort), and helping donors find the most impactful interventions focused on climate change (Giving Green).
We’re pioneering evidence-based and impact-focused mental health interventions by launching organizations like Happier Lives Institute (2019 cohort - key definers and proponents of the now-famous WELLBYs - a new intervention evaluation system focused on subjective well-being), Canopie (an app focused on preventing perinatal mood disorders), Vida Plena (2022 cohort - self-help groups in Latin America), and Kaya Guides (2022 cohort - self-help programs in India).
